📞 Timely response to incoming calls;

🔁 Forwarding and monitoring issues;

📝 Effective and positive communication with customers;

Desirable:

✅ Experience working in a call center;

✅ Basic knowledge of office programs;

✅ Knowledge of English;

✅ Organization, teamwork and ability to cope with stress;

🕒 Schedule: • Monday–Friday 10:00–18:30; • Saturday 11:00–15:00;
